NanoWorld Holding aquires ISB
Innovative Solutions Bulgaria Ltd. (ISB) announces that it has become a member of the NanoWorld Holding AG based in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. NanoWorld Holding AG has acquired 100 % of ISB and its three business divisions AFM Probes, Print & Design and Web & Programming on April 1, 2005.
“ISB with its brand BudgetSensors combined with our NanoWorld and NANOSENSORS brands completes the vertical and horizontal market depths of our AFM probes group activities”, said Manfred Detterbeck, CEO of NanoWorld Holding AG. “The acquisition is also expected to result in greater efficiency and significantly increase market share” added Detterbeck.

Not only ISB’s AFM probes division BudgetSensors but also the Print & Design and Web & Programming divisions are profitable and show high growth rates.
